The selection of the companies is made by the President of PUBLICACIONES DE COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL, S.A. through a committee called of "Selection" or "Executive" composed by members of the Organization and, in some cases, by personalities from the commerce and the industry, or belonging to different management organizations. The information related to the companies is obtained from various sources, but is normally channeled through:

•       COMPANIES ASSOCIATIONS
 
•       CONSULTING COMPANIES

•       INTERNATIONAL FAIRS AND OTHER BUSINESS EVENTS

•       RECOMMENDATION FROM PREVIOUSLY AWARDED FIRMS.

•       COMMUNAL AND/OR REGIONALSTUDIES  DONE   AND    PUBLISHED BY   OFFICIAL ORGANIZATIONS   BELONGING  TO  DIFFERENT  NATIONAL  AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

•       JOURNEYS AND CONTACTS MADE BY MEMBERS OF OUR ORGANIZATION

PUBLICACIONES DE COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL, S.A., obtains information about restaurants, hotels and companies of the commercial and industrial area with a proven prestige, using this information in order to celebrate in a public way and through the acts of presentation of the awards the achievements reached by the companies that, for the Selection Committee, the companies must comply with three basic conditions:

a)    Quality in the products manufacturing and commercialization.

b)    Efficient service in the organization and infrastructure levels.

c)     Image and prestige recognized by the business managing merits.
